Q: My authenticator codes for BIP Solutions aren’t working. What should I do?
A:
If your authenticator codes aren’t functioning when trying to log into Delta (or other BIP Solutions platforms), please follow these steps:
- Remove Existing Authenticator Entry
- Open your authenticator app.
- Delete the entry for BIP Solutions (or Delta/BIP, as named in your app).
- Register a New Device
- Go to the Delta login page.
- Select “Register Another Device” during the login process.
- Follow the instructions to link your authenticator app to your account again.

BIP Solutions does not have direct control over the authenticator app, so we’re unable to resolve issues inside the app itself.
