• Click on the icon at the bottom right of the screen to connect with Libby, our Virtual Assistant.
• Message us on WhatsApp and ask Bertie, our Virtual Assistant, a question.
• Email us and a Customer Service Advisor will aim to respond within 24 hours.

• Visit us in-store. Customer Services are located on floor 3 and available to support with general enquiries, returns, lost property and click & collect orders.
