- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels and order in advance, reducing the risk of running out.
- Stay Informed: Avoid surprises and communicate proactively with your team.

How to Place Orders with GXO Logistics
Ordering your Costa Coffee supplies is quick and straightforward. Here’s how:
1. Log In to the GXO Portal

- If you’re new or can’t access the portal, reach out to your Costa Coffee or GXO representative to get set up.
2. Build Your Order

3. Review ETA and Confirm

4. Track Your Delivery
- After confirmation, you’ll receive an immediate email (and/or portal notification) with:

- You can revisit the portal any time to check status and updates.
