1. Conditions for Refund
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- Exercising your right of withdrawal (returns within the legal period of 14 days after receiving the item*).
- Receipt of a defective or damaged item.
- Receipt of the wrong item.
- Failure to deliver the order due to a reason attributable to Brodheim.
*Note: For items purchased in physical stores, different deadlines may apply, according to applicable law and purchase conditions.
2. Procedures for Requesting a Refund
a) Online Purchases:
- Contact our Customer Service through the form here or by email to grupo@brodheim.pt, providing:
- Order number
- Reason for the refund
- Contact information
- Wait for our reply with instructions on how to return the item.
- Send the item in the same condition as received, with original packaging and labels.
- After the item is received and verified at our facilities, the refund will be processed.
b) In-Store Purchases:
- Go to the store where you made the purchase, presenting the item and the purchase receipt.
- The store team will inform you about internal procedures and timelines.
3. Refund Timeframe and Method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after the item is received and verified.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
- If the item shows signs of improper use, Brodheim may refuse the refund or deduct an amount reflecting the depreciation.
4. Exceptions
Refunds/returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customized items or items made according to the customer’s specifications.
- Personal hygiene items, lingerie, and accessories that cannot be returned for health reasons.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
