- Any products that are personalised, bespoke or have otherwise been made to order
- Unsealed beauty items, including any cosmetics or fragrances that have been opened, tested or used
- Face coverings
- Perishable goods
- Any items that are specified as being non-returnable at the point of purchase
- International Beauty Advent Calendar orders.
