Products bought in-store that may not be returned include:

• Swimwear, nightwear, lingerie and hosiery
• Eveningwear (including shoes and bags)
• Hair accessories and hats
• Face coverings
• Jewellery, earrings and watches
• Artificial flowers and feathers
• Duvets and pillows
• Food and drink
• Toiletries and cosmetics
• Fragrance (including home fragrance and candles)
• Gift cards and gift coins
• Christmas decorations.
