Once you have placed an online order, your order status will show in the 'Online Order History' section in your account homepage.
Order Status: New = we have received your online order
Order Status: Open = we are processing your order and picking your items
Order Status: Cancelled = we've been unable to fulfil your order. This is likely to be due to stock inconsistencies or a system glitch. We endeavour to email you when this happens. If you haven't received an email, or would like more information on why your order was cancelled, please contact Customer Services.
Order Status: Completed = we have successfully picked your items and despatched your order. You'll receive an email confirming your order followed by an email from our courier partner with tracking details.
