Once you have placed your online order, we'll email to notify you that we’ve received your order. Please note, this doesn’t mean that your order is confirmed. We only confirm an order once it’s picked and shipped. This is when we take payment and send you tracking and delivery information by email.
If we’ve been unable to fulfil any part of your order, we’ll release the pending funds for items we haven't shipped.
