1. I Did Not Receive an Invoice
If you haven’t received your invoice by email after placing your order, please check your spam folder first. Sometimes, automated emails may end up there. Still not found? Contact our customer service at mail@baktotaal.nl or call +31 (0)548-623016 with your order number, and we will promptly resend your invoice.
2. My Invoice Contains Incorrect Information
If your invoice data—such as address, company name, VAT number, or order details—are incorrect, let us know as soon as possible. Email the correct details to mail@baktotaal.nl or call our support team. We’ll review your request and, if possible, provide a corrected invoice for your records.
3. I Need an Invoice for Business Purposes
When you place an order, Baktotaal.nl automatically creates an invoice with your billing information, including VAT details where applicable. If you are purchasing for a business and need your invoice to reflect your company data (such as VAT ID or Chamber of Commerce number), ensure these are correctly filled in at checkout. 4. Downloading or Retrieving Past Invoices
You can request past invoices by contacting our customer service. Please provide your order number and relevant information. We’ll send a digital copy of your requested invoice via email.
5. Payment Discrepancies
If you spot discrepancies between your payment and the invoice amount, such as double charges or incorrect totals, contact us immediately. Send a brief description and supporting evidence (such as a bank statement) to our support team. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. VAT (BTW) Issues
