At Baktotaal.nl, we want you to be fully satisfied with your shopping experience! If something isn’t quite right with your order—whether the product doesn’t meet your expectations, arrives damaged, or you simply changed your mind—you have the right to request a refund subject to our return conditions.
When Can I Request a Refund?
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You return the product within 14 days of receipt.
- The product is unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
- You received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged.

How to Request a Refund

Return the Product: If your request is related to a physical product, fill out our Return Form and include it with your return package. Send your return to:

Netherlands- Keep Your Proof of Shipment: Save the shipping receipt until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Processing Your Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible—usually within 14 days—using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days after confirmation, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Exceptions
