Why isn't my New Customer promo code working?

If you're unable to apply your New Customer promo code to your order, please check the following.

• Your unique promo code can be used only once
• The promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount, and cannot be used on items in the sale
• The promo code cannot be used for purchasing gift cards, gift coins, special orders, tickets to events, beauty treatments and other in-store services and the Beauty and Men's Advent Calendars
• This promo code is subject to certain product and brand exclusions such as Sézane, Loewe, Foundrae, Peachy Den, Marie Litchenburg, Annoushka and selected lines for Jellycat and Maria Tash
