How am I refunded if I paid using a Loyalty voucher?

When you return all or part of an online order which was purchased using a Loyalty voucher, the value of your voucher will be refunded first and issued onto a new Liberty e-gift card. Any outstanding balance is then refunded to your original payment method. 

You’ll receive your new e-gift card by email, please check your junk folder. If you haven’t received an email containing the refunded e-gift card, please contact Customer Services.
