Once your order is dispatched and you have received tracking information by email, you can manage your delivery and make changes directly with the courier. Please note, we don't take responsibility for missing or late deliveries as a result of changes made by you directly with the courier.
If you haven’t received an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched, please contact Customer Services so we can attempt to update the delivery address.
