Why has my order split into multiple deliveries?

Orders can be shipped from our warehouse or London store depending on stock location. Therefore, we may split an order and send it in separate deliveries so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. 

We’ll only charge you for one delivery fee and you'll receive separate shipping emails with tracking information for each parcel. Please note that the parcels could arrive on separate days.
