Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes. If someone is collecting your purchase from our store, please respond to your Ready for Collection email with their details. Ensure they bring a form of ID and the order number when they visit us.

For Waitrose collection, please ensure they bring your Collection Reference Number which can be found in your collection confirmation email. They'll also need to confirm the name on the order.
