Where is my refund?

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded. Refunds may take slightly longer than usual during busier periods like sale or promotional events, and for some jewellery and concession brands as further inspection is required before processing a refund. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund has been completed.
